Buyers can follow and bid in our auctions live online, through Invaluable.com or Bidsquare.com

Please register to bid on the platform of your choice by 12pm EST the day prior to the auction in order to make sure that you have been approved.

These platforms allow you to bid live online during the sale, or leave absentee bids at any time

PHONE BID

Buyers must submit a Phone Bid Form available on our website 24 hrs. prior to the beginning of sale.

You can still bid live on the telephone with one of our Ford Art Auctions representatives.

Overseas bidders and clients bidding from a cell phone are asked to leave a backup bid, which will function as an absentee bid if we are unable to reach you.

Lots must have a low estimate of at least $1,000 for telephone bidding.

Absentee bids are accepted on all lots.

ABSENTEE BID

Buyers must submit an Absentee Bid Form available in our web site 24 hrs. prior to the beginning of any sale.

Ford Art Auctions will confidentially execute bids on your behalf, up to the maximum amount you request. If it is not an incremental amount, it will be automatically rounded down to the nearest increment. We will continue bidding for you until your maximum bid is reached, or the bidding ends. If the other bidders drop out before your maximum bid, the lot will be yours for the amount that was reached.

By submitting the Absentee Bid Form, you agree to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
